Coworking company Smartworks leased 530,000 square feet of office space in Noida, Gurgaon; NCR’s portfolio exceeds 1 million square feet to meet the industry’s need for flexible office space. Founded by Neetish Sarda and Harsh Binani, Smartworks provides office management for businesses. The company operates in 12 cities and has a portfolio of approximately 8 million square feet (8 million square feet).
The two new centers located at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon and Sector 62, Noida will be operational from June to July.
With the addition of these two properties, Smartworks‘ office portfolio in the National Capital Territory of Delhi has exceeded one million (one million) square metres. The next office space at
Golf Course Road is over 230,000 square feet, while Sector 62 Noida has 300,000 square feet of flexible space.
