Method of doing Pashini Mudra –
- To do this, first of all, you come to Halasana.
- Keep a distance of about half a meter between both toes.
- Now bend the legs at the knees and bring the thighs so close to the chest that the events touch the ears, shoulders, and the ground.
- Wrap your arms firmly around your feet.
- Now in this position, close your eyes and relax the whole body.
- Slowly take deep breaths.
- Remain in this position for as long as comfortably possible.
- While coming back from the Pashini posture, first slowly loosen the grip of the arms and return to Halasana.
- Now take a rest in the Shavasana with your feet down.
1. Reflexes while doing Pashini Mudra – While doing this mudra, your reflexes should be physically on the stretch of the throat. Must be spiritually on the Muladhara or Vishuddhi chakra.

Limitations of doing Pashini Mudra –
- A person suffering from cervical spondylitis, or slip disc should not practice Pashini Mudra.
- It should not be done by a person suffering from an enlarged thyroid gland, liver, or spleen, high blood pressure, or other heart diseases.
- A person suffering from weak blood vessels in the eyes, venous obstruction, or impure blood defect should also not practice Pashini Mudra.
- This asana should not be done during the last days of menstruation and pregnancy.
- Those who have any problem related to the spine, should not practice this mudra.

How to do Viparita Karani Mudra – The Shiva Samhita states that one who regularly practices Viparita Karani mudra—a prahar (about three hours) of Viparitakarani mudra. He also conquers Kaal. And even in the time of catastrophe, he does not feel sad. Viparitakarani is a Sanskrit word. In which opposite means the opposite. In this asana, the feet of the seeker are raised. and head down. Method of doing Viparia Karani Mudra –
- To do this mudra, first of all, come in Viparitakarani posture.
- Now keeping both legs together and straight, tilt them slightly towards the head.
- The toes of your feet should be in line with the eyes, close the eyes and relax the whole body.
- Now focus your awareness on the Manipura Chakra located in the spine just behind the navel.
- This is the starting position of the reverse currency.
- Now start breathing deeply while doing Ujjayi Pranayama.
- While inhaling, feel that your breath and consciousness are moving up from the Manipura chakra to the Vishuddhi chakra located in the spine at the back of the groin.
- While exhaling, keep your awareness focused on the Vishuddhi Chakra.
- At the end of the laxative, immediately bring back your awareness from the Vishuddhi chakra to the Manipura chakra, repeating the same process.
- Keep doing the exercise for as long as you can comfortably in Viparitakarani Mudra.
1. Duration to do reverse currency – In the beginning, practice this mudra for 5 to 7 cycles. As you become proficient in the practice. Take the number of cycles 21. If the tension in the head increases during exercise, stop this process immediately.
